Strength and Tradition: Reclaiming Order in a Chaotic World

From the high seas to the classroom, the restoration of sovereignty and foundational values is well underway.

The era of appeasement is over. The recent U.S. military strikes against Iranian missile and drone facilities serve as a necessary reminder that American interests and the freedom of global commerce will no longer be held hostage by rogue regimes.

When Tehran violated the truce by attacking a commercial vessel in the Strait of Hormuz, the response was not mere rhetoric, but decisive action. This is how sovereignty is maintained: by meeting aggression with overwhelming force and ensuring that the rules of international maritime law are enforced, not ignored.

This commitment to order extends beyond our borders and into the very fabric of our legal system. The Supreme Court’s recent ruling regarding Temporary Protected Status is a monumental victory for the rule of law.

By affirming that 'temporary' status is not a permanent entitlement and that asylum seekers must physically arrive on U.S. soil to make a claim, the Court has stripped away the legal gymnastics used to bypass our borders. National sovereignty depends on a predictable, enforceable immigration system, not a revolving door of de facto amnesty.

While the federal government restores order at the borders and on the seas, states like Texas are restoring order in the classroom. The decision to integrate the study of the Bible into the public school curriculum is a long-overdue recognition that the Judeo-Christian tradition is the bedrock of Western civilization. To educate children without acknowledging the foundational texts that shaped our nation is to leave them adrift in a sea of secular relativism.

Critics and activist groups will undoubtedly cry foul, claiming a lack of diversity, but true diversity cannot exist without a shared understanding of the heritage that built the West. By teaching the stories of the Old and New Testaments alongside the works of Shakespeare and Dickens, Texas is providing students with the moral and historical compass necessary to navigate the modern world.

We see the consequences of failing to maintain these principles in our neighbors to the north. Canada’s current economic stagnation, marked by a technical recession and crushing household debt, serves as a cautionary tale of what happens when government mismanagement and uncompetitive tax structures take hold. When a nation loses its grip on fiscal discipline and economic sovereignty, the most vulnerable—particularly the youth—suffer the most.

The path forward is clear. Whether it is through the projection of military strength to protect global trade, the enforcement of strict immigration laws, or the preservation of traditional values in our schools, the objective remains the same: the restoration of stability, law, and identity. The world is watching to see if the principles of liberty and order can be reclaimed, and the recent victories in Washington and Austin suggest the tide is finally turning.
