The United States military has taken decisive action against the Iranian regime, successfully disabling three oil tankers identified as part of a multi-billion-dollar shadow network that funds the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its regional proxies.

The strikes, which involved the permanent disabling of two tankers and the total destruction of a third in the Gulf of Oman, were a direct response to failed attempts by the IRGC to target a U.S. aircraft carrier and a guided-missile destroyer.

Central Command confirmed that U.S. warships successfully evaded the Iranian aggression, and no American personnel were harmed.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth reaffirmed the administration's clear policy on the matter, stating, 'It's simple: if Iran shoots at US ships, we will destroy (and sink) their oil tankers.' While the Iranian regime has attempted to retaliate by targeting various vessels in the region, including tankers utilizing unauthorized routes through the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. remains committed to keeping international waterways open and dismantling the financial infrastructure that sustains Tehran's malign activities.

Despite ongoing attempts by the regime to frame the conflict through propaganda, including dubious claims regarding civilian casualties, the U.S. continues to prioritize the neutralization of threats to our military and the global energy supply.

President Trump has maintained that the conflict remains a manageable military engagement, even as the administration prepares to implement further economic measures against those who continue to do business with the Iranian regime.
