The United States military has taken decisive action against Iranian targets following a blatant violation of a ceasefire agreement. President Donald Trump condemned Iran’s 'foolish violation' after a one-way attack drone struck the Singapore-flagged cargo ship Ever Lovely in the Strait of Hormuz. In a powerful response to this unwarranted aggression, U.S.

Central Command confirmed it successfully struck Iranian missile and drone storage facilities, as well as coastal radar positions.

The regime in Tehran, through its Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, attempted to deflect blame onto the U.S. and Israel, but the facts remain clear: Iran’s dangerous behavior continues to threaten international trade and freedom of navigation.

Vice-President JD Vance made the administration's position plain, stating that while diplomatic channels remain open for legitimate concerns, 'violence will be met with violence.' This strike serves as a necessary reminder that the U.S. will not stand by while hostile actors jeopardize global commerce.

President Trump has been clear that negotiations depend on Iran adhering to its commitments, including the cessation of illegal tolling and harassment of vessels.

As the U.S. continues to provide support for safe passage in the region, the message to Tehran is unmistakable: American strength is not a suggestion, and further provocations will be met with even more extensive consequences.
