The event, which drew prominent figures from the Ukrainian defense industry, was targeted by three ballistic missiles, only one of which was intercepted by air defenses.

Russia’s Ministry of Defense confirmed the strike, claiming the site was used to demonstrate drones intended for operations against Russian territory. Meanwhile, regional tensions remain high, with Romania reporting that one of its F-16 fighter jets was forced to intercept a Russian drone that breached its sovereign airspace.
