South Africa is finally taking the necessary steps to secure its borders and prioritize its own citizens. In a decisive move to address the chaos caused by years of unchecked illegal immigration, the government has deported or repatriated 53,499 foreign nationals in just five weeks.

This crackdown follows widespread public outcry, as citizens have grown tired of seeing their public services overwhelmed and their communities plagued by rising crime and unemployment.

The majority of those removed were from Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique, with officials confirming that the process has already successfully identified individuals wanted for criminal activity.

While international bodies like the UN attempt to lecture the nation on 'scapegoating,' the reality is that a country has a fundamental right and duty to enforce its immigration laws.

Justice Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi stated that the government is committed to an orderly migration process, but the message is clear: the era of ignoring border integrity is over.

While President Cyril Ramaphosa has urged citizens to avoid taking the law into their own hands, the sheer scale of these deportations proves that the government is finally responding to the legitimate demands of a populace that refuses to watch its national sovereignty vanish.
