Trump Delivers on Promise: Mass Deportations Restore Rule of Law

Despite hand-wringing from some in the Cuban American community, the administration is finally enforcing immigration laws that were ignored for decades.

President Trump is doing exactly what he promised the American people: enforcing the law and securing our national sovereignty. While some individuals, including certain Cuban Americans in Florida, are expressing regret over their support for the President, the administration remains focused on its core mission to end the illegal alien crisis.

ICE agents are actively targeting anyone who has violated American immigration law, fulfilling a campaign pledge to launch the largest deportation program in our nation's history. The White House has confirmed that this decisive action has resulted in more than 3 million illegal aliens leaving the country, a necessary step to restore order.

Critics, including some within the Republican party, have attempted to frame the application of law as 'too far,' but the reality is that the law does not provide exemptions based on nationality or personal circumstances. When individuals enter the country illegally or remain in violation of their status, they accept the risk of deportation.

The administration’s commitment to this policy has not wavered, even as some voters express surprise that the crackdown applies to all illegal residents rather than just those with criminal records. Ultimately, the rule of law is not a suggestion.

By prioritizing the enforcement of existing statutes, the administration is protecting the integrity of our borders and ensuring that the United States remains a nation defined by its laws, not by those who choose to circumvent them.
