The American dream is being systematically dismantled by an economy that refuses to stabilize. New government figures reveal that inflation rose by 3.7% over the last 12 months, a jump that caught Wall Street analysts off guard and continues to hammer the budgets of everyday citizens.

From record-high diesel prices to the soaring cost of gasoline, the burden of this economic mismanagement is falling squarely on the shoulders of those who can least afford it. In Tennessee, a school teacher is forced to work three jobs, including writing obituaries, just to make ends meet for her family.

In California, residents are paying nearly $6 per gallon for premium gas, turning the dream of homeownership into a distant fantasy. Even basic staples have become luxuries; families who once relied on affordable ground beef are now forced to swap to cheaper alternatives as grocery bills have doubled.

With the Gallup Economic Confidence Index languishing at -40, it is clear that the public has lost faith in the current economic trajectory. Americans are tired of the excuses while they are forced to cancel family trips and cut back on essential school supplies just to survive the consequences of a failing economic policy.
