The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have launched a series of precise, targeted strikes against Hezbollah infrastructure in Beirut and the southern city of Tyre.
These operations follow a massive expansion of evacuation orders covering roughly 17% of Lebanese territory, a necessary measure to clear civilians from areas where the Iranian-backed terror group operates.
The IDF’s actions come in direct response to Hezbollah’s continued aggression, including drone attacks on Israeli troops and civilians, which have rendered the existing ceasefire untenable.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made it clear that Israel will not tolerate these violations and will continue to defend its sovereignty against the persistent threat posed by Hezbollah.
