According to data from Ukraine’s port administration, July saw a staggering 57 attacks on civilian vessels and 67 strikes on port facilities. The carnage reached a grim milestone on July 19, when a Turkish-owned cargo ship, the Golden Leo, was struck by three Russian missiles, resulting in the deaths of nine crew members.
