The Israeli Defense Forces have officially stated they have no record of an alleged helicopter strike in the al-Mawasi camp that reportedly injured a six-year-old girl named Raseel al-Balawi. While witnesses claim the child was wounded in a strike late last July, the IDF maintains no such operation occurred in that area.

The military reiterated its standard position, stating that it regrets any harm to civilians, but emphasized that its operations are directed at the terrorist organizations that embed themselves within civilian infrastructure.

The ongoing conflict, triggered by the brutal October 7th attacks, continues to present complex challenges as Israel works to dismantle the threat posed by Hamas.

While media reports focus on the tragic reality of war-torn environments, the fundamental fact remains that Israel is engaged in a necessary defense of its sovereignty against entities that prioritize the use of human shields and the destruction of the Jewish state.
