Israel is taking decisive action to secure its northern border, launching an intensive series of air and artillery strikes against Hezbollah targets across southern and eastern Lebanon.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made it clear that Israel will not tolerate the ongoing barrage of rockets and drones from the Iran-backed group, vowing to 'press the pedal even harder' to deliver a crushing blow to the terrorists.

The Israeli military confirmed it struck over 100 Hezbollah infrastructure sites, including command centers, weapons storage facilities, and observation posts, in one of the most significant operations since the conflict began.

These strikes are a direct response to Hezbollah’s repeated violations of ceasefire agreements and their persistent attacks on Israeli communities. While Hezbollah continues to hide its military assets within civilian areas, the IDF has maintained its focus on eliminating the terrorists responsible for destabilizing the region.

Netanyahu emphasized that the IDF is operating with significant force on the ground to fortify a security zone, ensuring that Israeli citizens can return to their homes safely.

Despite the predictable outrage from international observers, Israel remains committed to its right to self-defense against a group that has repeatedly proven it has no interest in peace.

The reality remains that Hezbollah’s choice to use Lebanon as a launchpad for aggression against Israel has consequences, and the Israeli military is now ensuring those consequences are felt.
