Thousands of patriots marched through the Old City to commemorate the reunification of Jerusalem, defying international critics and hostile narratives.

Tens of thousands of Israeli citizens took to the streets of Jerusalem’s Old City to mark the anniversary of the city's reunification following the 1967 Arab-Israeli war. The annual Flag March serves as a bold statement of national identity and historical claim over the eternal capital of Israel.

Despite the clear significance of the event to the Israeli people, international observers—including the British government—continue to cling to the outdated and misguided stance of refusing to recognize Israel's rightful administration of East Jerusalem.

While global media outlets and foreign diplomats focus on criticizing the marchers and highlighting isolated instances of friction, they consistently ignore the fundamental reality: Jerusalem is the heart of the Jewish state.

The march remains a defiant exercise of sovereignty in a region where Israel’s very presence is constantly challenged by those who refuse to accept the outcome of defensive wars fought for survival.
